7th grade Heritage class: 2nd period

We will be finishing the reading about “Una estudiante de Nicaragua”. We will be also reading the story: Por que saltan los delfines?  We will be working on some letters and sound. - Dictados.

8th grade Heritage class: 3rd period

We will also be working on some pronunciation and spelling (G / J / Ll / Y ortografia- Dictados). We will be also reading the story: Por que saltan los delfines? We will be working on prepositions and pronouns after prepositions

El Día de Acción de Gracias - Thanksgiving  is almost here, and in our class we will take some time to celebrate it in Spanish! – your family might like to compare the pilgrims’ meal in 1621 with the feast that is on your table this Thanksgiving. We do indeed have much to be thankful for!

Deficiencies and a grade report will be going home this Monday Nov. 12. We  will read some selections (legends). We will be playing with the verb "jugar" ;-) and some letters and sound to be reviewed- Dictados.
