SEMANA 22: DEL 14 AL 18 DE ENERO (WEEK FOR JANUARY 14 TO 18 2013)

 Hola estudiantes y padres,

Remember that the objective of this blog is to inform you about the activities and assignments we are doing during the week. So you (students and parents) will know what you have missed in case you are absent. I hope my students are taking advantage of these posts weekly.  

UNA MIRADA A ESTA SEMANA: A LOOK TO THIS WEEK

 7th grade class (No-Heritage class): 1st period

Zona de Gramatica: We have started our REPASO 1- 4. We will be finishing Part 1 on Monday and Part 2 will be developed this week as well. We will review one important verb: TENER and its uses, this verbs works a little different from the verb TO HAVE. We will be answering the exercises related to these topics. I will be starting revising Portafolio 2. All the activities must be complete and corrected

Tarea/HW: Write a short description of the provided picture.  (Teacher pasted a picture in your Portafolio Intereactivo.

7th grade Heritage class: 2nd period

Zona de Gramatica: We have been working on correcting sentences written by students in the Diario.  We will be continuing working a little more on this. Zona de conversacion: We will have oral activities for the REPASO 1- 4. I will be starting revising Portafolio 2. All the activities must be complete and corrected

Quiz: On Wednesday January 16 correcting sentences

Tarea/Hw: Correct Sentences 1-5 sentences in the given copy.

8th grade Heritage class: 3rd period

Zona de Gramatica: After working on correcting sentences, we will be working on the last reading of the unit and the “REPASO DE LA UNIDAD” Students will get the work for the Zona de cultura: Project 3. Students will take the pre-assessment Unit 3 on Friday.
I will be starting revising Portafolio 2. All the activities must be complete and corrected.
Quiz: On Wednesday January 16 correcting sentences

Tarea/Hw: No hay tarea

8th grade Heritage class:  5th period
