For Ivan Sandoval: If you would like to help his family in this hard time
MARCH: WOMEN'S INTERNATIONAL MONTH
Frida Kahlo is an important and prominent figure that broke numerous barriers in reaching her level of success.
This artist spent most of her life in agonizing pain and half her work is self portraits because she was bedridden from multiple surgeries. To work she had a mirror installed above her bed so she could paint using herself as a model.
Do you want to know more about her? We will learn a lot about this amazing woman this week..

DICCIONARIO/ DICTIONARY
I always believe that self-education is more effective that getting from another source.Using a printed- dictionary is a way to helps education and improve the quality of work. Nowadays, students are not using dictionaries and it is too bad.
I have placed many dictionaries for my students to use in class; unfortunately they have been destroyed and see them in this condition, it breaks my heart. So I have removed all dictionaries from the shelves. From now on, you will need to bring your own dictionary. As I have described in the syllabus, it is one of the required
material.
CELL PHONE POLICY IN SRA. GARZON'S CLASS
Students, you need to leave your phone in your locker or put it in your pocket or under your desk. NO MORE cell phones on the desk. Your phone needs to be turn off.
